With layoffs over our heads, no jobs and managers making up stuff to pretend you are IM instead of meets I go home on Fridays with so much anger. It starts again Sunday night. You gaslight people everyday and this is what you get. Is this week the week my life gets altered through your cr-ppy layoffs? And May is mental health month. Hahahahahaha. What they are doing is literally a recipe for mental health challenges.

Another Friday and another day I hate it here so much. There are no jobs out there so I’m stuck taking the abuse these f’ers dish out. Thank god we had mental health month. All is better. If the execs knew how much we hated them they would never come to work. Do voodoo dolls work?

Angry over executives actively tormenting us for their own pleasure and personal gain. They hate us and want us all gone. Displaced, motivated to quit, dead, doesn't matter to them, so long as we all go. F them.
Media that someone may have over time might be sent to appropriate parties in that case. It may certainly make an awkward conversation topic at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
Cuz managers have been told to give IMs over any little thing. So they are treating people badly. And cuz people are stuck they have to su-k it up. It’s all I can do to not run out screaming F- off but I know my coworkers are miserable too.

My take is every large company traded on Wall Street is just as much a sh-- show or can be. "Human capital." Some a** coined that because there are so many workers bees, to the upper management we are as replaceable as chairs. Sad, but true.

Writing strictly as an outsider, no relationship at all with WFC or any past/current employees I have to say in reading all of the complaints on this site I'm wondering are all of these comments on company management and policy true or just posted by anyone just for the sake of complaining about something, anything at all? If it is that bad why has there been not one mention about unlawful employer behavior on any news media?

Yes. 100%. It's Sunday night here and I want to throw my laptop off the roof, scream all of the obscenities when I drag myself in tomorrow, and burn my badge in front of my manager. 1% chance of it happening, but hey, a pleb can dream.
I am irritated that the stock price has dropped from the 90's down to the 70's!
More people need to be fired, not laid off.
