Stop believing that working harder will keep you safe. The employee who shows up, does the minimum, and spends the rest of the day working the room has better job security than the top performer on the team. When layoffs come, they look at your salary first and your results second. The company does not care how good you are. It cares how much you cost.

SF Agents think they are important, public sees them 1 step above used car salesmen or Burger King workers. Let's put this in perspective, MT and JF are good ole boys that graduated from Illinois State....and became CEOs of SF a fortune 50 company. Ed's fault and MT used JF to cover his criminal tracks! This f-cktards should be selling shoes at Di-ks Sporting Goods, at best maybe managing a Taco Casa..... These guys are wannabes, nerds, posers, fakes, and generally sc-m of the earth. @b1 sadly they sleep well because they are in the Bloomington bubble. Having lived there as well as several major metro areas in the country I’m shocked at how high and mighty all the leadership is in Bloom. They really think they are important and that the world revolves around them and SF. Uhhh nope. Only in McLean county. Outside of that you are all run of the mill execs at best. They are big fish in a small pond
