I can’t wait for the spinoff. We’re overbloated and overcompensated. Because how we hire, their friends hire all their relatives and friends. They all need to be promoted and have a high buck six digit figures.

This is why Elliot management will not allow friends and relatives to hire people. I expect a major shake up after the spinoff. This includes production and group leaders.

Feels like they’re staying census neutral at IGS and there haven’t been furloughs or talk of RIFs, although it’s getting harder to get backfills approved. There have been a few director-level people that have announced their departure, likely because they realize they don’t have a position in a post-Honeywell Intelligrated, and I’m sure we’ll see more of the middle management bloat lean itself out over the next few months through voluntary attrition.

Doesn’t seem quiet to me. Aero is busy. Execs are with customers 24/7 right now
