And some of those now have multiple titles.
I love working so people above me that so nothing real pertaining to CDW...can double dip on $ provided by the monthly stress of reselling product while trying to squeeze double digit GP from customers that are increasingly complaining about CDW site, our prices, our data showing ETA's and stock availability, our increasingly outsourced CS dept along with AR where customers who want to pay can't because they're not sent invoices in a timely manner.

Wow...these leaders sure do deserve new and higher compensated titles because they're improving so much compared to before.
Not sure how we were able to function daily without our great intelligent leaders...the best of the best, the creme of the crop.
The people they bring in are also all the best...CDW will win the Olympics and start selling to China...stock will soar to $1000 and we'll get holiday bonuses back with our choice of Apple or Pumpkin Pie and a Turkey.

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Time to start laying off from the top. Notice how organizational announcements are of those getting promotions in executive roles that no one knows what they exactly do all day?

@ek Remember even if you accept the severance and sign a release you can still file an EEOC complaint if you believe that you were discriminated against due to age and since we tend to target people over 50, why not?

Going to get ahead of this just in case......for those of you that lawyered up and successfully upped their RIF package from the initial offer, any good google keywords to use in regards to showing aggressive lawyers that were successful representing you?

Tenured employee with a history of being well above goal, but above that age "demarcation line" so need to protect myself and get all I can if it happens.

Wait, wait … are sales managers really reporting posts for removal when they are mentioned by initial only since they are of course on the hot seat oj this site for layoffs of LONG-TIME employees without any warning or goodbye or anything when these former loyal coworkers get an email letting them know they are gone? They have time to report these posts but no time to offer a juuuuust a little compassion and empathy to their former colleague? Absolutely pathetic.

Throw federal over board and call that a complete failure. Bourbon and Kirby (years in the making) destroyed that practice and lafferty certainly didn’t help out of late. They have lost a combined 200M in AE’s the last 3 years on a practice that had lofty goals of 1B is now trending towards 300M. Our SB competitors do more than CDW does to date.

Here's how this is likely to go. Activist Investors are highly likely to pick up a single-digit percentage of shares while the stock is low and then demand Board/Management changes. In a move to appease said investors the company will offer up a couple of Board seats and more share buybacks to increase the stock price. The funds to make that happen will come from layoff "efficiencies" and potentially the sale of certain assets. I would not be surprised if CDW Education, which is now being broken out on Investor Calls, or healthcare end up getting spun off.
