Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Anyone have any juicy insight into what's going on over in PDD (Design/Tech) in Home?

I am no longer with the company but very curious about how things are going and moving along since last year's layoffs; and what the overall morale is like in Design and Tech; especially in the Home Division?

Prior to my departure, promotions were scarce and people were feeling stagnant, overworked/underappreciated and not being able to move around and grow... is that still the case for most L4/L5s and maybe L6s?

It is common knowledge that Bingka is a disaster. She is horrible with team and has not lead a product development strategy that raises the bar or drives sales. She is an insecure little runt that uses NYC as some kind of trump card to act like she is better than others. Everybody hates her and moral will not improve until she is gone.

Morale has been tough in home design/tech for almost 4 years. Hopefully Gena, new in role, will review the track record of leadership and make some much-needed changes. We need leaders who inspire, encourage and have a clear vision we can all align with. We haven't had that in a long time.
