@fyI am pretty sure it is a limit of 6 months or something.. I know someone got 3 months and after got layered , obtained like 6 months...

Canada- I got 4 weeks for each year. 25 years in tenure.

@a8 It just says standard package. Thats a wide range. The stat min in Canada is 14 weeks. The actual you get is 3 - 4 weeks per year. Some were getting 18 months payout

All I was told was 12 weeks pay max. If you have been employeed 11yrs and over, 12 weeks-period. 11 years or 30 years, all the same.
It also has to do with your category grade as an employee- C, D or E.
That is all they would reveal.
