When aren’t they reorging aka staff reduction?
I am in wcib and my manager and his manager are in office in MN next week.
They only care about business outcomes and claim those outcomes as their own accomplishments and let the individual contributors who do the real work swim or sink.
Classic boondoggle. They can tell each other how great they all are and how bad we are all.
It’s what they do. Travel to fun places and meet. Wouldn’t think anything of it. Expense management, ya know.
