Hey MW, just come out and say it that you want all US employees to quit so all that is left is you and a couple executives and the rest of the company overseas. We are big boy and girls and get it that your goal is to make us all so miserable we all leave. Its a guarantee its on all of ELT's PMPs to get all jobs overseas and to drive morale into.th4 ground!

YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!
@OP, we live in a world that has [safe guards], and those [safeguards] are [currently guarded by business analysts] with [powerpoint].
I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for [facility operations] and you curse the [facility operations]. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know; that [management consultant’s firings] while tragic, probably saved lives.
And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don’t want the truth because deep down in places you don’t talk about at parties, you want me on that wall. You need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, [tenets of operation].
We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very [safe operations] that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it! I would rather you just said “thank you” and went on your way,
Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a [readings chart] and stand a post. Either way, I don’t give a damn what you think you are entitled to!
Start declining the Permian and Bakken like he-l…it’s happened before where supra executives have actually declined the fields production by their mere suggestion or presence. 2026 the year production peaks in the Permian and Red Queen with massive well failures begin…what’s that…hole in tubing what’s that ..parted rods…what’s that… ESP fried..
The truth is already in the actions, attitudes, inept leadership, nonsense promotions and behaviors that they’ve been given this mission.
The people and roles that helped shape the company with pride are gone.
It’s not going to get better. Les and his directs take liberties in interpreting what they do with employees - just look at who has left.
