401K Vesting

do you think we should get fully vested in a layoff situation? I only have a few months left until my 5-year anniversary, and I see that only 60% of it is vested

@OP the only sense it makes is they pay out less. This is disgustung to know that I guess I was under the impression it was three years fully vested.

Vesting has been based on hire date and termination date (regardless of reason) only. Legally not sure they can make exceptions since it is a provision in the legal plan document.

it should have been 80% if you have completed 4 years
