@pa there is no way Allina/Sutter will ride out this contract with Optum- it’s comical at this point. Huge failure. The system is crumbling without epic support.
Confirmed. Allina Epic staff starting in IS Security and Rev Cycle will be offshored to Ireland. I've had to start training my replacement with my daily work. I would not have thought much about it except I was told it's confidential and my Shamrock counter part told me what was happening
@fb Yep, had a peer promoted to manager and let go within 6 months. It just put a bigger target on her back.
Always be suspicious of Thursday meetings that pop up. The last time I got one, it was because we were on the saved list, but it was still a pretty bad day for our team. I’ve known people who were RIFed every year for the last several years, including some who were promoted into positions that were later RIFed.
