So when do you think they will really ramp it up to get people to leave or do you think vtp? Its got to be happening some way

Hahaaa... the two year paid vacation will be happening soon for Leg T CWA workers. Those who have all the negative words to say about VTP are most likely low level managers who are just jealous knowing they're only going to get a small severance package while I get two years pay plus my nice benefits. Thanks to the union. The celebration shall soon happen!
Legg org will happen in next 2 months. 10-15% downsizing thanks to our AI savings.
The Smart Ones left last year. The only ones left of the people that are desperately hanging on because their finances are so fragile.

The upcoming layoff is for non union. Wireless engineering.
There will be no offers for this contract. They will continue to let people leave through attrition until there are none left.
