I checked my managers calendar and it’s wide open tomorrow. Does that mean my whole team is safe? How long is the HR meeting so we can see if we’re possibly impacted?

My group has OT and we’re hiring. There won’t be layoffs in my group.
The guidance from HR for managers is to send out the meeting invites close to the time of the meeting itself. Chances are if your manager has a wide open schedule then they will be sending the invites out Thursday morning.
