Looks like the “Captain” Zone has changed to “Untethered Selling”…. Anyone have factual information on what exactly is changing in this role?

I have been asked to take Captain positions many times but have refused them. Its like being a manager without the title or pay. Its just not worth the stress . This company is ridiculous
@OP captain will remain. This area now has CXC that have not been converted to ambassadors and the captains . If you go to the exchange, there is a star memo.
@OP I wonder do they want "Captains" selling more than acting as Sales Managers
