Very nasty person!
I have seen some bad bosses over the years but nobody was as bad as Cheryl. She is down right a horrable person. She was put in a posion to help people but rather used her power to destroy them. Why did her leadership let this go on so long?

She has to be one of the most hostile people I have ever seen. She wasnt even that good they promoted her becasue she checked two boxes....Women and Asian. I bet eveyone that worked for her is celebrating!
I worked along side Cheryl for years and was apualed the way she treated people and more important her team. She destroyed some very talented people along the way. I have never heard one person say anything positive about her. She also thought she was the smarted person in the room when we all know that was not the case. I suspect alot of celibraion is happining now that she is gone.

She is a narcissist and this was a total gut blow. She is the one crying a river, I guarantee. People like her don’t do it for the money they do it for power over people. She was nasty and self entitled and nobody deserves it more than her for all the lives she ruined along the way. She is the reason everyone is 5x RTO for the last 3 years. Shes the reason the culture and morale is at rock bottom. Shes the reason we lost so many good people. This is truly a win for the company. Might be a first sign of things finally turning around.
