UK Payoff

Anyone confirm what the package looks like this time?

What are they offering? Months per year of service etc..

Any cap?

There are two "caps" under UK laws. First there is a max £21.5k limit an employer has to pay out due to the time worked by an employee (how long they have been with the company).

Secondly, there is a £30k limit on redundancy pay before you have to pay tax.

@a5 The upside is ... you keep getting paid whilst you look for other jobs.

Trying to decide if there’s any upside to staying.

Just chaos, more work with less people by the looks of it!
