The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal for BofA to discriminate against an employee because of the person's race, color, religion, s-x (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions, transgender status, and s-xual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information. The EEOC has a history of suing and filing against BofA.

The laws apply to all types of work situations, including hiring, firing, promotions, harassment, training, wages, and benefits. Document specific BofA actions by date, name of manager, etc. and consult an employment attorney in your state.

Ways to handle silent firing is to document everything. Ask for feedback on performance. Also, if you feel you are being terminated because of age, race, or s-xual orientation file a complaint with EEOC. This company has a long history of paying millions in lawsuits.

This bank is trying to performance workers out by giving them do not meets on evaluations. They are also trying to overload employees with heavy workloads and high goals that are unreachable. This is being used to make employees quit or get terminated . Everybody knows what is going on but these so called leaders think they are being clever. I am ashamed to be part of this sh-t hole bank.
