In theory it’s a good assessment and it points to where you might want to strengthen/ develop . And that’s up to you .
However as a progress tool , your manager at PepsiCo holds the key . Regrettably many managers are useless and promote their favorites. So don’t bank on the assessment findings as a stepping stone internally . Use it as a career stepping stone inside and outside PepsiCo .

What is lead? Is this a benefit for career dev or are you nominated?
Run it through your favorite AI tool(s) - provide a background of self (your current role, education, goals, interests), and ask it for next steps to get to your current goal (different tools might provide different paths- so use multiple).
Also, meet with your manager, and manager’s manager, to walk through the results, and make a plan with dates (& follow up/update them at intervals).
