Evanko = the ACKSHUALLY dipsh-t that actually represents what a lot of the managers in Digital And Analytics are like.
When Evanko word vomitted that EviCore’s size relative to the rest of Cigna’s portfolio made the claims review business a challenge to scale, and meant the division consumes more management attention and time than it’s worth…. I was so over it. We NEVER mattered to Cigna. They never wanted to own us. We’ve been the red headed stepchild for 6 YEARS. It’s time for a change. I just hope who ever acquires us is the right direction for us because idk about yall, but I AM TIRED.
"Lead to One" is how many employees this dipsh-t wants to be left after he's done leading.
If HIH starts disengaging with EviCore, that would be the sign to spin off EviCore
My read is that EviCore will most certainly be divested. The open questions are who the buyer would be and the timing.
