@OP on a different topic, hopefully sunshine, warm weather, and days on the beach, sipping margaritas.

OpenText software - as a user, I find it absolutely a bottom-feeder-software.

(Similar to what they call Microsoft software)….maybe they ought to call OpenText ‘OpenSlop’

@bm never underestimate the power and influence of id--ts. Even if these id--ts are right, there is no long them vision here and nothing for our customers to get excited about. The solution is selling off all divisions and having another company reevaluate them and have a strategy. The problem is our executives and board members are still hoping for a miracle turnaround. I see nothing but trouble ahead and all too often trouble is an invited guest to drive change at all cost without any plan. But goals without a plan are simply a wish. And I don’t see any genie that could grant our wish. Time to change the channel, this show is over. That’s all folks!!!

Who are you? Is this a paid job for you, or is it just a hobby? It's truly baffling to witness.

@OP I can't confirm anything but it should be obvious that layoffs are never ending, and they do not layoff the right people. Layoffs are determined by a bunch of mo--ns, looking at a spreadsheet, that have no idea who they are laying off.

@OP,
Open Text will conduct layoffs every year (at least 2 times, a small one and at least once a year purge typically over 1000 heads)..until they are no longer a publicly traded company.
This is very much part of their business model. They plan for it in annual planning, they account for it as well.
Everyone that works @OT should have a Plan B and at least 6 to 8 months of savings at all times. Do no drink the kool-aid, no matter what the ELT/C-Suite feeds you. Honestly that goes for most companies..job security is a thing of the past. However at OT they have made it into an art form.
