Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

WF is so transparent that…

…after completing the GES, employees cannot go back and look at the results from previous years surveys. In fact, only Managers can access it…but only after requesting permission to do so.

@a4 a newer employee who is just realizing what did they just get themselves into. The more knowledge the better the choices we can make in determining if this is a good fit.

Who cares about previous years’ results, or this year’s, for that matter?

My manager does share the survey results for team which shows year to year change on each category. Isn't that required?

The same survey questions have essentially been used for years, so where is the trend line? Every other data point WF looks at is usually shown over a trend (quarters, years, etc).

Historically speaking organizations that prohibit the sharing of knowledge usually have something to hide.

@a4 Agreed, but to be fair, if they make our surveys available to managers there's no reason our surveys shouldn't be available to us as well. I mean, it's our surveys.

What kind of person has a weird obsession to look at surveys from years past?
