If Nike is doing so bad

Why don’t they change the people on the executive level? Should changes not start at the top?

You are right. Even though most of the SLT have been in their jobs for barely more than a year, every genius on this message board is a way smarter and better executive and can turn around a company with a whiney entitled workforce much faster. Replace the SLT with people who post on this site. Its the only way to fix the problem.

You’d have to ask PK this question. He still holds the majority of voting shares and he could clean house this afternoon, if he wanted to.

My guess is he likes the senior executive team. It’s certainly not based on performance…

Taking responsibility for things is something real leaders would do. It would require self-introspection and humility and willingness to learn and listen to your employees.

So our “leaders” are not going to do that.
