Heard through the grapevine that there would be layoffs this week, can anyone confirm?

Ah okay.
To be honest, i'm just trying to hang on until December.
Anything beyond that is gravy.
Thank you for that insight friend!
You are truly an 'ally'
BWAHAHAHAHA
@1cy its just a stupid initiative management came up with. Migrating to new datacenter and utilizing Nutanix and also To do everything via pipeline irrespective of whether on prem or cloud. Its a mess, timeline is to complete by end of this year ..but that is just an exaggeration. It will stretch out to 2027 q3 atleast.
@18y
BWAHAHAHAHA
I keep hearing about "Cloud 2.0", but i have no idea what it is.
Is It basically to migrate out of their current 2 Datacenters, and move into the Cloud?
If so, when is that project supposed to be complete?
Ask'in for a friend lol
@dh dont worry , it will happen when cloud 2.0 gets completed, more than 50% will be nuked including myself lol
@da most non health employees in America feel that way rn
Why do we still have scrum masters after 3 rounds
Is it over?
Hope we don’t have any more layoffs for at least the next 10 years
@a9 In all fairness Tech, especially ETO (or ETA or whatever they call it this week) is vastly bloated with incompetent legacy mindset bozos. You could thanos that org and pick up 20% productivity.
Sounds like DPX got hit
This company su-ks. So far I am good but can't live like this with fear of layoffs every month
Heard happened yesterday or is happening now..not sure which org is impacted
What locations? How many?
Are more expected?
Yes. Credit Bureau too.
Yes, there were layoffs today in technology as part of a reorg
