I heard that they are not monitoring RTO attendance any more? Is there anyone who may be able to confirm?

Yeah I wouldn't believe that.. infill say my manager hasn't brought it up in atleast 6 weeks, but my guess is because they've got no reason too, since as far as the reports, I am complying.
You heard wrong - managers receive weekly in-office reports. Their manager may not leverage the report, but it's definitely going out.
This was just posted the other day. You heard wrong. They are monitoring more than ever.
If you are not person facing you will be replaced by AI.
Stay home. Nobody cares
They will continue to monitor! They need every little reason to fire with cause to avoid paying severance!
Good thing corporate has you to fight for their interests, while not missing a beat with your bootlicking. Thank the lord for you...
I think you need to have your hearing checked
If only AI could flag/block these troll posts before they even showed up on here to waste our time
Yes, it ended. Per the Operating Committee, you don't need to ever come in to the office again. Good luck!
That is correct. They discovered a large number of people were not meeting RTO so easiest solution is make ignore the report.
Aka , if you owe the Bank $100k you are in trouble. If you owe the Bank $100M they are in trouble.
Its true. They discovered they were losing way too many valuable employees to continue expecting them to come in to work.
Correct. WF outsourced the monitoring to the Quality Learing Center in MN and they messed up bigly. And before you comment, I prefer Mr. Troll. Mr. Quality Learing Troll.
