Two people on my team have developed serious stomach issues this year. Their doctors said it's stress related. Both of them! And yet nobody in management seems to care.

I've been suffering from Alien hand syndrome. I reported to the boss so I can't be fired for what my left hand does. I got a golden ticket.
Then the RTO worked. They want you gone from earth too. So many of my coworkers passed away. 1 recently and hes disabled. No assigned desk for him either. He walked with crutches everyday looking for a seat. Another 1 (still alive) walks with a walker and looks for a seat everyday. They do not even accommodate disabilities.
Its probably all the asbestos tiles in the buildings and mold everywhere.
@dt
I get a lot of steps too. There’s a park across the street from my office. It’s good for like a two hour walk in the morning on company time.
I get a lot more daily steps in with the commute. Standing desks are also available in hub shared office space. These changes have helped incorporate healthier options into daily routines. Thank you, AT&T!
Senior management recommends rolaids for gas and mylanta for diarrhea.
Soft noobs can’t hack it…of course they got stomach problems lol!
Too much curry can cause a stomach issue if you're not used to it.
It’s not worth it to risk your health and life for this miserably run company.
Just dodge and pass the buck and let your bosses deal with the issue
So long as you are abiding with RTO , no one will fire you
There you are, the broken record! Whatever would we do without your trite and monotonous one-liner?
Nah. I'm not bothered with timely assessment completion. Thanks so much for advocating the corporate stance, though. Those execs really need you to stand up for their interests...
Are you off on vacation today, bootlicker?
You’ll have pickleball courts soon to stay healthy.
@ad I think you need to look around. You're dissing a demographic of sedentary people of very specific socioeconomic categories who stretch a very broad age range. Someone might think that you are using age to cover your racism. You need to check your bias cause otherwise you sound like a racist POS.
If you pass away from the mistreatment, you are headcount removed from the payroll without severance and your VP gets a bonus. Once you realize your demise is in the company's business interests, it all starts to look a lot clearer.
People are more prone to health issues as they get older.
I know two people who have had a heart attack in the office within the last 2 years.
I’ve gained 20 pounds during the last couple years and blame AT&T for it. I don’t like having to take responsibility for poor eating choices.
“I'll begin to waste time and resources while collecting full paychecks.”
Begin to? You’ve been wasting valuable work time on these boards.
This is why this company ranks as the worst culture and worst places to work in Forbes rankings. It’s simply because of the bad policy and lack of leadership accountability.
I agree. They need to stop trying to treat people like robots. We are not AI. The lack of empathy, compassion, and respect is apparent. You are burning people out with your dum--ss 5x RTO games. Well guess what, now I can play the game too. I'll begin to waste time and resources while collecting full paychecks. GFY stink. You absolute fu-k!ng loser!
They need to stop looking at pictures/videos of the Stank. I did just that, and my chronic -iarrehea cleared up in no time.
A CEO’s ultimate responsibility is to increase shareholder value. People get sick everyday. Unless the health care costs skyrocket and it makes a big impact on cash flow then they don’t have a problem. The top people have no relationship with either of these people. You’re part of a line item on an expense report. Try and get your assignments done timely and keep your head down.
I’ve been constipated for three years.
