Quick Q for Mark and Felicia

If people donate to the PAC do you guarantee they don't get RIF'd?

Another request today.

Those conversations matter but not your employees.

Gail could put her money where her mouth is and donate her AIP to the PAC.

It doesn't impact a RIF at all. You are just a $ digit to management when a RIF is involved.

I'm not Felicia or Mark, but I can tell you it doesn't matter. I used to donate to pac when I was manager/director and still got rifd.

@ax I stumbled on a list of donors once when I googled the name of a VP that filed suit against Elevance. What I noticed was they were all very high level executives. Then I read in a comment about PAC on this site that there is an expectation that high level executives donate so I think it does matter if you are executive but my guess if you were regular employee donating to PAC would offer no protection against riffs.

Who can see the contributions to the PAC?

Does contributing (or not contributing) affect your compensation, future prospects for promotion, or job security? I assume at the very top of the org chart it matters most.

Fu-k the pac requests. I hate these because donating to this will only sc--w over the average employee. It’s obvious that they think we are stupid otherwise we’d stop getting these emails.
