Anything new for upcoming layoffs? And what areas? Volume is down, people are being pulled to other areas to work and everyone is being micromanaged. What’s going on. It’s stressful enough here.

They could care less if any of us live or die and would honestly appreciate death so we'd be off the books.
Micromanagement is a fear based coping strategy. So if there is more fear or layoffs I imagine micromanagement would go up proportionally. And it’s unfortunate because I’m experiencing huge doses myself of it.
I have also had similar thoughts recently. I feel like the past couple weeks I have been very micro managed and it's been frustrating. Not sure what is going on.
Micromanagement is increasing a lot in our area also. More so than at any time in the past. They must be looking at more consolidation and layoffs. Several Executives appear to be eyeing their retirement exit and will do whatever it takes to get the EH stock price up before they leave. As we already know, they don't care about any of us left behind that have to pick up the pieces.
