Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Junky Bond Proxy

Without the Junk Bond Yield.
Dividend Yield is just 4.2% to hold this no growth, debt dump truck, poorly managed, garbage CEO, shareholder abusing, ghost ship freighter of a company.

ARPU declines are in the future as we move into the lower tier customer base. Looks like we are hoping the convergence service will make up for a part of that by increasing overall revenue. Supposedly these services will also mitigate churn which should help. However I wonder how the recent price increases will impact that strategy.

AT&T is nothing more than a commodity play now. Eventually, all commodities have to survive on price. The bundle stickiness that our leaders are betting the farm on goes away when people price compare. Price wars lead to ARPU decline.

I wouldn’t come to this forum for investment advice (or any advice for that matter).
