When will the people here be held responsible for all of the bad decisions they make. How can a company of this size act this tjis

Sorry to say I think no one will be held to account that ought to be - much easier to declare that those in charge prior to them made all the mistakes and suggest outsourcing to correct the pretend problem. BD has become a shithole company drowning in poorly planned projects run by woefully inexperienced hot shot yes men cutting corners to meet timelines that were set by id--ts that have never successfully executed a thing. Do not expect improvement.
When have you seen leaders stay in their roles long enough to learn from or take accountability for these decisions? They used to be moved internally quite often to gain ‘experience’ but now most are just leaving, though unclear if on their own or being pushed out.
Board of Directors can’t hide from the shareholders much longer. BD stock has been loosing value and that has been accelerating.
Its called the board of directors. When they feel as if the company is not going down the correct path, they fix it. Meanwhile, as long as they are happy...they could care less whats going on in the trenches.
