Got my meeting invite this morning around 7:30 for 11am. Meeting is 20 min and has a Sr Dir in my org. HR is not cc'd so assuming BCC'd

If the meeting has a weird offset that's to give your leader and HR a few minutes to sync up before bringing you in. Bad news bears.
If the meeting starts on a 15 minute interval, or you're let in without a waiting-room, you're probably fine.

@a4, some groups got this email after notice from VP that roles were “safe”. So might not get let go, might get re-org’d or RTO’d, but doesn’t mean they will be let go.
They likely will let you go. I had the same call few months ago. HR showed up couple of minutes before the call. Sorry this is very hard but you will be fine. Best of luck!

Be thankful you got yours early. Most will be in edge until Wednesday dreading every email notification they get
