I looked at who survived our last two layoff rounds and it's baffling. People who haven't delivered anything in years are still here and people who carry the whole team got cut. Someone decided that. Someone looked at the list and signed off. That person has terrible judgment. They should be at the top of the list when the next round comes.

@aj Layoffs are on a rolling basis, partly to evade notice laws. Boiling the frog. But if you are selected, you are done that day.
It’s just poor management all the way around. Gainwell isn’t going to improve. They are going to continue to decline. Gainwell is circling the drain.
I’m out soon. I am in the final stages of interviews. I recommend that everyone do the same.
when is the layoff date?
The dead wood has risen to the top, and are d-mb enough to cut the branch they're sitting on. I shudder to think of some state accounts about now.
