Leadership at AirMI is trash. Laying off the people who do the work and taking forever while doing so. Soon they will be blowing smoke about the “change curve” and “new ways of working.” Please get fu---d!
Also good luck to my fellows under Satan’s least favorite group of gals: AS and MC. I hope the misery ends soon.

@OP: Maybe it’s time to unionize?! Nike is he-l scared of the big “U” word…having a 3rd party protect your jobs is 100x better than relying on the good graces of management .

Know your rights! Get to know what union activities are protected at work (even without a union). You have protected, concerted activity that you can engage in legally and they can do NOTHING to stop you.

This sh_t has gone on long enough, it’s time to take the power back! They will say that if you unionize then there is no guarantee of what you’ll get after negotiations…..it’s better than the bucket you have now……directors and sr. Directors taking home $200-300k a year….all the while Air MI is BLEEDING money, yeah…sounds like a union makes way more sense.

if any workers were let go that were paid around the area's median wage, that is just wrong, they should be retrained and repositioned

high paid technology workers, "should", have more options for finding other work out there, plus the severance to bridge the gap....though that finding other work seems to be getting harder.....at least in the portland metro...you pretty have to move, or get lucky enough to find a full remote
