Given that they aren’t transparent about the survey results (which likely showed massive dissatisfaction within the ranks - they refuse to acknowledge the core problems they created!), expect more tone deaf, time wasting presentations. So much for a productivity and morale boost.
Complete waste of time ! Nobody cares about any of the topics. Talk about what matters.
We don't need special guests! Just an overview of the company performance and the meeting should be done each quarter. Every month is an overkill that no one has requested. Also, after the company overview, open the platform for questions to all MSU leaders on the call. Far more effective.
