Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Can I change my answers to the engagement survey?

Can’t believe we’re doing this again.

@a7 absolutely it's not anonymous, why do they keep lying to us and saying it is? We're not stupid. I got handed a tablet that was already opened and ready to take the survey, and I still had to put in my employee number to start the survey. How could anyone think this was anonymous?? went scorched Earth on it and told them exactly how I felt. They would have known it was me even without my employee ID number. I hope I get canned. I'm too much trouble.

I didn't bother with the survey. It's not anonymous and I didn't have very positive things to say. Discretion is sometimes the better part of valor.

@a1 I mean that's a bad bet unless you bet against in polymarket or something

There is a reason professors send feedback survey before grades are out

Every year I just vote them all zeros, going in 10 years doing that. Turns out I was right.

You know they won’t take any action on the survey.

I mean, I saw the writing on the wall when he made the comment “he was betting on us”. I wouldn’t bet anything on Nike employees, 60% of the employees will just give up or point to their tenure rather than try and solve the problem.

Will this reorganization get us in the right direction? Big ole shrug but hey it’s something we’re familiar with. No idea if it actually moves the needle.
