Just a heads up to any coffee badgers - MS Teams is reporting your location activity and it is being actively monitored by HR. If you are coffee badging, you will be caught and once enough data is available for a "for cause termination", you will be fired without warning/notice.

Why does the human in the loop need to be in the office? Creativity comes from a home not a cube or meeting room.
As far as i know most ppl in our team and other team comes in the morning. Leaves home during their lunch. No questions asked since there is no tap while leaving.
You know what the policy is.
You know it's in place to cull the herd.
So you walk around with a sammich board telling them to fire you.
Of course they are keeping track.
Probably not helpful, but you can fire up teams from anywhere, on multiple devices, without being in an office location. Just use the mobile or web client.
Not going to solve the underlying problem (OT are evil MF'ers) but mentioning in case it helps someone out.
but OT can fire a person for no reason, and OT has done this many times before
monitoring employee by Teams is nothing new, and there is no privacy when it comes to anything on your laptop...
