Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

These layoffs are a sign of bad leadership

First layoff I get it. Oops over-hired.

But second and third. No. You can't consistently make mistakes and be competent as a leader.

I watched my leaders deny and cover up shareholder fraud… they’re still employed. I am not. But yeah let’s blame everything else under the sun.

This has been YEARS of layoffs. The issues are systemic, start with leadership, and devolve into letting go of people who could actually help solve the problems.

Top heavy, old-fashioned, narrow-minded leaders coming from the same cesspool.

Same for "reorgs". Can't keep changing the chart if the top doesn't make the right decisions

Newsflash: there is no leadership at Nike. There are a bunch of elitists who think their sh*t don't stink
