So be a yes person and have no opinion of your own? Kiss your bosses a$$, shake your head up and down and get in line? Definitely not a culture or company that I want to be a part of anymore, regardless of what today brings.

RA is NOT the guy, once again technology is an afterthought at Nike. Its not a tech company but does need a strong leader that can drive strategy, attract talent, and change the status quo. Currently all he does is kiss the COO VA A$$. Its disgusting.

@OP TechOps is full of leaders who survived by kissing a$$. In fact, I know one Sr Dir who has kissed so much a$$ that he might be valuable if there was ever a job that required that specialization.
