I've personally heard from a fellow PCO at Tailwind that she was let go over the phone today, effective immediately; and indirectly two leads (I think from D2), a PCO from N2, and some D8 PMOs and PCOs. It's been stressful waiting all day long and hearing nothing.
VA has about 16k employees under him globally.
