Sometimes you need new leadership to move forward. Expect change.
ITV needs better people period. For those in ITV who actually work, it is a mash up people taking many different approaches with many different backgrounds guided by a complete mess of guidance.
Some were baristas. Some were QA. Some were knowledge specialists. Some were junk the large/regional assurance companies didn’t want, and some were junk internal audit didn’t want. Most do not understand the bank at all.
It is the biggest mess I have ever witnessed in my professional career. I feel bad for the businesses that have to interact.

Ah, nothing says you are valued more than a town hall that is primarily about AI and catering to the cheap overseas labor. They just love to rub everyone's noses in it while patting themselves on the back. Sick.
ITV is full of Nepo, butt kissers and DEI stragglers. Most bloated function in the bank as well.
