Any thoughts on this? Can the anonymity be trusted or should I wear three layers of VPN to fill it out?

@gk All those awards are fake. Gainwell buys them.
Employee survey completion numbers are one of the stats used to help get “best place to work” mentions. Don’t fill it out
Just a reminder that Confidential doesn’t mean the same thing as Anonymous.
The VOG survey is directly tied to your email so any negative response will be used to self-terminate. Your leader is lying to you if they tell you any thing other than this.
Anonymity cannot be trusted.
The results won’t be used.
There is absolutely no reason to do the survey that is worth anything.
It really is best to leave Gainwell. I’m applying to anything that resembles something I can do that is away from Gainwell. This is a sinking ship.
Trust what management is telling you. What could go wrong? Lol
