How long do you have to stay?

Given the badly stated question I’ll assume you’re not in the US. I’m not sure how it works in India or Bratislava.
6 months to a year to move and you have to be in the area that you were paid to move to (Dallas) for a year or you have to pay some back. Depending on the package
If you really are in a position that will receive relocation funds, you'd know the answer because it will be in your agreement. Ask to see your paperwork if you haven't seen it.
No papers? You're getting nothing, even if promised. I know people who had or-l promises of relocation money that never materialized.
If you choose to relocate they typically give you up to 6 months. If you choose not to relocate they have been cutting you loose in a couple weeks.
You didn’t receive relocation.
You won’t receive relocation.
This is a non-issue for you.
