How do we get rid of shares? Just dont want anything to do with the place (and might as well get an extra few $$ while I'm at it)

@an You are correct. I sold mine as soon as I hit that 3 year mark and as soon as I can, I will dump the balance that is still in my 401k.

@OP log onto fidelity.com and you can sell them there as long as you have held them for the specific time period (believe it is 3 years).
