Make sure you’re ready to record. You never know what he will say! This one’s gonna be ugly!

So what. So is age discrimination. It's been going on for years and hopefully it will finally see the light of day.
@a5 lol not in Texas. It’s a one party consent state.
"Recording without permission is both illegal and a COBC violation."
Ha, that's humorous. What a goody two-shoes. Who cares. No one cares if nothing controversial is said. If per chance the C-suite goofs and speaks intemperately, just don't get caught. Record it on your non-ATT phone off the screen in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Be very careful how you share it. Copy from phone to a non-ATT Linux computer, where you can strip the meta-data and reliably keep the file out of MSFT hands. If your friends want a copy have them give you a thumb drive to put it on. And if you are really paranoid air-gap the linux computer and put your phone in airplane mode during transfer over usb.
He’s been completely neutered.
You’re never going to hear him mention “age” again.
Big layoffs in GES CSM roles.. 50% gone.
Stank has been pretty muted in these of late. I bet they give Pascal or Jeff a cattle prod to shock him into submission if he says the word “culture”.
@a5 Equally illegal is discrimination in employment policies etc. of employees 40+ years old. Stankey has been violating that law for several years. What’s your point, only certain laws are allowed to be broken?

I deleted the invite. Not attending.

I think he just said expect layoffs to step up in second, third and fourth quarters. Oh wait, no, he said we need to reduce expenses.
Hopefully he goes off an ageist rant and digs himself in deeper. It will only help the litigation from his previous comments.
