My dudes. Have you ever used PollEV? They are clearly moderating on the backend. In my old job, we'd get the same questions over and over but we only let through one for each topic - and only if it wasn't full of cranky B-S. So they aren't getting deleted, they just don't want your same crabby-a$$ questions over and over clogging up the list. They still get ALL the questions you are posting and probably laugh at the id--ts who think their super specific obvsly jaded question is going to get asked. And for whoever said they got blocked. Puh-lease. They obvs have a limit on the number of questions they can take in a call. Maybe they need to upgrade their license, but also 500-1000 questions is a lot for anyone to go through. So chill out a little.

Wow! What a performance! Goes to show that all the coaching in the world and you can’t fake warmth and empathy. No matter how much she tries to smile, that smile does not reach her eyes.

It’s easy to see she holds us in contempt. You can hear it in slight shifts of tone and how effortlessly she lies and gaslights.

Seems like pollev is now closed. The is only a small fraction of the questions I've normally seen showing up, so looks like there are hundreds of responses that are being blocked.

Yes I always make my questions respectful and professional yet they’re all still blocked - it’s such a farce

My biggest questions

If morale is ultimately owned by employees, what responsibility does leadership take when widespread feedback points to leadership decisions as the root cause of low morale?

Leadership has mentioned that requiring three days in-office is more flexible than some peers requiring four. How does benchmarking against less flexible organizations help address employee concerns, rather than focusing on what works best for this workforce?

Last town hall, I asked the same question 4 times in diff ways and they were deleted and then I was blocked from asking any more questions.

I wish they would stop all this financial talk. I can guarantee 90+% of the employees just want answers to their questions.
