I get venting, but it's not that bad. Some people are being over the top. If it was really that bad, I wouldn't be here.

Is that you Mr stankey?
Get real, man! My commute can be as bad as 2.25 hours on a Friday going home.
RTO is unsustainable. Bring back WFH, flex the very least.
A layoff board is negative? Color me shocked.
A site that only exists to give employees a place to vent. And also learn about layoffs the company tries to keep quiet.
Negative.
I think you’re looking for LinkedIn
Or you’re the “and yet you stay” troll trying out a new post.
Go back and read Stankey's letter to us. Then go search for other CEOs that have sent similar messages to their employees. You won't find much and those you find won't be framed as positive culture moments.
OP - Are you Stank’s daughter? Or perhaps you are sheltered/protected from their archaic policies. Treating employees negatively begets negative sentiment, it’s not rocket science.
Yeeeeh….I wonder why that’s the case? 🙄
Culture isn’t something you speak into existence or put on a slide deck and expect to magically appear. It’s what people feel when they walk into the building each day, and right now it’s one of the worst in the world. This is a direct result of policy and protocol set by “leadership” who doesn’t value its employees and their opinions shared in the survey feedback.
Culture comes down from the top. The one minute hurrah culture spiel doesn’t make up for the other 168 hours a week of toxic culture.
@OP You are crazy 😆
Worst culture , worst leaders.
When you’ve worked here for years and felt challenged, proud of your accomplishments and connected to your team…to have that taken away due to policy changes that make no sense. It’s extremely frustrating and demoralizing.
