The work culture has become so toxic. Incompetent leaders and Management who lack to provide any guidance and set unrealistic expectations. At the end of the day they make you feel worthless even after performing and working towards deadlines

Did you see the e-mail on how to deal with difficult people? It's a joke. I just try to avoid them.
@ek I do already know who that is. Or there are multiple of those that drive this abusive and toxic environment. Fake leaders that demand worship and banish anyone who dares to speak up or offer alternatives.
I don’t know that expectations are unrealistic in the real world but all this churn is creating some heavy inefficiency.
@et you are dead on. I ran into this back in the 2000s when a issue popped up in the plant. My boss signed off on something that not even NASA or Aerospace industry suppliers could meet. technically they could have shut down production. Then saw the same issue pop up on another vehicle line went into a conference room full of management and not one of them understood what the supplier was presenting. not making this up it was called out right on the drawings. A major difference from the bosses i had when i first hired in. even the bad ones knew simple gd&t 101. A major reason along with TVM as to why there is quality issue at Ford.
Why yes....yes they are. I'm not even sure you work for Ford.
@ez you probably don’t notice because you’re the one leaking the toxicity
Model e and Skunkworks are not like this at all.
There was a key leader as to why. Take a guess.
That’s exactly how my LL6 and LL5 are. They don’t understand any technical details and they don’t have any background in the area we are working on. Whoever speaks loudest gets all their attention and exceed rating, even when that person is completely wrong. Super toxic environment.
My LL4 is more of a cult leader in a very tech driven area of Ford. Don’t think I can give more info beyond that without giving away who this is
We need to revolt!!
This is 100% Ford Pro.
That’s pretty much my experience.
Maybe at the lower levels IT is pretty good, I think that's true just about everywhere though.
Our IT org is pretty good.
