Windstream kinetic uniti took many people's souls, in MANY cases wrecked their marriage, and left them with little to show in the end. Most tier 1 companies, your resume is a negative with. Especially middle and upper management below VP level. Now that you think about it, very few if any of them went on to anything much. Check their LinkedIn. Don't take my word for it. Check clerk of court websites and see the divorces yourself. And the company really didn't take it from them. They gave it to the company.

No one is safe as this company sets it self up to be sold to T-mobile plus what is crazy is the techs in NC are no longer union. Also they keep adding middle management jobs that are not needed but laying off jobs that are this company is going nowhere fast if you are still there update your resume and start looking now
Well well well interesting!
For a minute I thought this was referring to 3 VP’s stacked on each other. They should cut the fat at the top and really save some money. I am sure the end goal is to outsource, enable self service, automate everything and leave the top brass last to manage it all. When you see several great people leave on their own and other top performers that are hard workers, cut, repeatedly, the writing is on the wall.
And now it’s time to outsource everything
Sad to hear she is out. The Cheese is a strong leader. Tough but fair. Honest. Humble. Kind. Tougher than a $2 steak. Leaves behind a proud legacy. Developed some strong leaders under her.
