Guys we have seen this before...back to back deals are being made..to pump up the stock price...in a while.... stock reaches a 52-week high, leadership talks about 'pivot to AI/Cloud,' and suddenly departments are consolidated..layoffs.
The stock isn't rising because of the layoffs yet; the layoffs are the next step to ensure that stock price stays sustainable for the next earnings call
