Have you actually worked with our contractors lately? They have massively lost capability due to offshoring. They basically just have a bunch of people doing copy and paste from old deliverables without any understanding of what the deliverable is. Very low quality coming out of these HVECs today.

Low quality output for a low quality company run by low quality "leadership". Perfection!
Who’s advocating for no oversight? I need more with my coworkers, my supervisor the contractors. The people above them so on. Fortunately the people I run across still care. But that’s few and far between. If this company had to build what they sell it would have gone under a while back.
Not new. It’s being going on for years.
Just getting worse.
