Not that I have faith we’ll see the results, but if we did, I wonder what the majority of responses would show. Are most people unhappy? Is it just certain functions? I don’t feel like anyone I talk to is satisfied with where this reorg has taken us but that’s such a small sample of the larger CVX population.

@bc ex-ABU employee here. I took the money in 2025. Best decision I made.
And many of my function’s CES results were in the single digits (out of 100) — especially trust in leadership. I can’t imagine it’s improved.

There’s no trust in senior leaders. The survey will say it then they will delete it and laugh at us losers.
