I don’t have current skills and gave up looking for new jobs after two years of applying with no interviews.
I use my time wisely and actively apply for another job while doing the RTO. I stopped caring, suggesting, solving and volunteering. I do 8 and skate.
Since RTO started I’ve reduced my weekly working hours from 60 to 40. I have much better work life balance and more time for my family.. and frankly don’t even think about this place after I leave at 2PM each day. Pretty good trade if you ask me.
I have my hours back by 15-20 hours each week. That is how I stand working at this place.
I usually sit, but that’s just me.
Since RTO started I’ve been watching tv and movies on my tablet at the office all day
Easy work for above average pay. I’m not going anywhere.
7 hour workdays. Watch movies on my tablet all day. Naps in the car. We're else can I get paid this good while doing these?

It wasn’t until I was age targeted and surplus’d that I realized how much of an absolute nightmare it had become. I knew I was unhappy, but once the light returned to my life it became clear how dark things were.
